Felicia is an urban fashion designer of a sexy street sophisticated genre of chic that for years went unrecognized by mainstream but is all the rage now. She is the brainchild of FeliciaElohim, a signature collection of several seductively sleek selections from see-thru blouses and skirts to a demi couture line.

Growing up in a part of the American South where an education in fashion was not a logical career path, but in a materialist culture and to a clothes-obsessed mother who defined the term "beautiful hustler," Felicia taught herself to sew and design as a teen, learning fabrics and textures and colorings, by attending endless trade shows and reading fashion magazines.

Upon finishing high school, Felicia circumvented the goal of being the first person in her family to attend a four-year college to first purse a career as a model, doing fabulous yet forgettable shoots for huge brands like Armani and Versace, before moving over to the designer side of things, turning to family to formulate a potent line with luxe as well as purpose.

however, some of the beautiful FeliciaElohim garments take months to complete. this is not exactly following today’s fast-paced fashion world. to be able to work and grow as a fashion label Felicia created another, more prêt-à-porter line for the masses, called "FeHustle,"  industrially fabricated snappy sharp tee shirts and khakis using high quality materials, and – of course – inspired by city urbane.

Officially only three years in Central London and Parisian stores just off Main Street, super beautiful black American designer Felicia  has a devoted following, across multiple accounts under various handles on as many platforms— from "FeHustle" (Instagram) to "Felicia Hawkins" (Facebook) to "Felicia Elohim" (ChumCity.xyz) —all for her funky grifiti gear and reclaimed patchwork tee shirt dresses worn and raved about by everyone from Rihanna to Cardi B.

While FeliciaElohim Signature Collection clientele is still small comparably, much of the designer's clothing really are collectors items and purchased as a status symbol by the world's rich and famous, with many pieces on FeliciaElohim.store starting at $500 and several priced as high as $2,000.

In 2023, Felicia Elohim will reconfigure both culture and cost to fast capture the community at large.
