However, GChecktv has learned that there might be some tension brewing in their relationship, possibly due to Jonathan Majors' apparent jealousy.

First off, a shout out to Tyler Perry, whose new movie *Divorce Is The New Black* is being released on Amazon Prime this weekend. It’s an amazing film—very well acted—and one of the best that Tyler has put out in years.

GChecktv attended the New York premiere last night, where we got to see the fantastic movie and observe the interactions between Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good on the red carpet.

The premiere was primarily about Meagan’s new film, which is expected to be a huge success.

Multiple sources close to the couple revealed to GChecktv that Jonathan appears uneasy with Meagan’s recent surge in fame. They also noted his discomfort with Meagan's close working relationship with co-star Cory Hardrict.

In *Divorce Is The New Black*, where Cory portrays an abusive husband, the on-screen chemistry between him and Meagan is undeniable (at least until Cory's character becomes the villain). This chemistry extended to the red carpet last night.

Cory and Meagan posed together for almost a minute, with cameras flashing all around them. Meanwhile, Jonathan stood aside, practically holding Meagan’s purse, while she smiled and clung to her handsome co-star.

One insider, who witnessed the scene, told GChecktv, “It’s one thing if Jonathan is the big star and Meagan is in the background as his ‘Coretta Scott King.’ But on the red carpet, Jonathan was Meagan’s Coretta Scott King, and he didn’t look too comfortable with it.”
